About these terms

These terms govern your use of the PROMPTASIA Studios website and any project you agree with us. By using this site or sending us a brief, you accept these terms. PROMPTASIA Studios can be reached at hello@promptasiastudios.com.

What PROMPTASIA does

PROMPTASIA is a curated production network. We connect brands with vetted AI-native filmmakers across Africa and manage production from brief to final cut. The showcase films on this site are examples of work made by creators in our network.

Briefs and quotes

Sending a brief through this site is free and does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. A project begins only when we have agreed the scope, timeline and price with you in writing. Timelines mentioned on this site, such as creator matching within 48 hours, are typical estimates, not guarantees.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own or have the right to use any materials you send us, including scripts, references and brand assets.
• You will provide timely feedback and approvals so your project can stay on schedule.
• You will not use this site for anything unlawful or to send content that infringes someone else's rights.

AI-generated content

Work produced through PROMPTASIA is made with AI tools alongside human creative direction, and we are open about that. Rules on AI-generated content vary by country and platform. You are responsible for checking that the final work is suitable for your intended use, including any platform, advertising or regulatory requirements that apply to you.

Intellectual property

Unless your project agreement says otherwise, full rights in the final delivered work transfer to you once we have received full payment. Creators and PROMPTASIA may keep the right to show the work in portfolios and showcases, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Anything you supply to us remains yours.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in each project agreement. Work may be paused if agreed payments are not made on time.

Liability

We take care to deliver work that meets the agreed brief. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Website content

The content on this site, including text, design and showcase films, belongs to PROMPTASIA Studios or our creators and partners. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless a project agreement states otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, is the current one.
